Consultant/Senior Consultant (f/m)

in the field of Business Process Management

Your tasks:

• Consultancy of our local customers and acquisition of projects
• Handling of projects for analysis, optimization and reorganization of the pro-
   cesses and structures in procurement, production, distribution and logistics
• Self-organization and conduct of reviews, workshops and
   projects in the environment of process consulting
• Process controlling and indicators for performance measurement
• Project planning, implementation and management

Your profile:

• You have university conclusion or be an graduate of the college of further
   education / in engineer- / economics science or comparable degree course
• You have at least 3 years professional experience in these or similar
   areas
• You have very good conceptual and analytical skills
• You have initiative and communication strength and determined to travel
   at home and abroad
• Flexibility, creativity, high performance and teamwork are
   your strengths
• You know basics knowledge of moderation and presentation technology
• Knowledge of the automotive and its supply industry and is an advantage
• You have a self-assured appearance and social skills
• You have very good knowledge of english
• You have knowledge of supporting tools (QPR, MS Visio)
